About the Role:
Allstate Insurance Agency - Stacey Moore is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing issues, and coverage explanations
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate insurance products and services
- Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support the agency team with administrative tasks and daily operations
Requirements:
- Prior customer service, sales, or insurance experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Active South Carolina Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
