Position Overview
We are seeking an active Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Producer with strong leadership abilities to drive office growth and mentor our local team. In this dual leadership and production role, you will build your own sales pipeline while actively coaching and holding our in-office sales team accountable.
Estimated Time Allocation:
- 60% Personal Sales Production: Prospecting, closing new P&C/Life policies, and building local referral networks.
- 40% Team Leadership & Management: Daily huddles, live call shadowing, 1-on-1 coaching, and onboarding.

- Lead, train, and mentor in-office Licensed Sales Producers (LSPs) to consistently meet team targets.
- Conduct daily morning huddles, live call shadowing, and weekly coaching sessions to elevate team closing rates.
- Track office pipelines, daily call activity, and local foot traffic using Allstate management tools.
- Assist the Agency Owner with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing new hires.
Personal Sales Production & Community Outreach
- Prospect, quote, and close new P&C and Life/Health policies using agency-provided leads and inbound callers.
- Conduct local policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell existing policyholders.
- Build strategic B2B referral relationships with local Oregon realtors, mortgage lenders, and business owners.
- Provide high-touch, professional customer service to maintain strong agency retention rates.

- Active Oregon Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Required upon start date).
- Active Oregon Life & Health License (Required, or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- 2+ Years Experience: Proven track record in high-volume insurance sales (Allstate or eAgent experience is a major plus).
- Leadership Aptitude: Prior success in team supervision, peer training, or sales management.
- Local Networking Skills: Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Onsite Commitment: Ability to work full-time in-person at our [City/Town], OR office location.

- Competitive Base Salary: $42,000 – $48,000 starting base pay.
