We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Insurance Office Administrator to join our team and support our insurance sales team. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
This position will focus on organizing and cleaning existing client and policy information, maintaining accurate records, and creating an efficient sales pipeline to help the team track leads, follow-ups, quotes, and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, clean, and organize existing customer and insurance records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within company systems.
Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records.
Create and manage a structured sales pipeline for the insurance sales team.
Organize leads based on status, follow-up needs, and sales opportunities.
Track customer interactions, appointments, quotes, and follow-ups.
Ensure sales team members have clear visibility into leads and upcoming opportunities.
Develop and maintain organized administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Assist insurance agents with administrative and customer-related tasks.
Prepare reports and updates on leads, pipeline activity, and outstanding follow-ups.
Help establish consistent procedures for entering and managing client information.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer and insurance information.

Compensation: $31,200.00 - $33,280.00 per year
