What You’ll Do
- Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
- Explain coverage in a way people actually understand
- Build strong customer relationships
- Support our sales team so they can focus on growth
- Deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License (or willing to get licensed)
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply
