What You'll Do
• Drive new business growth through proactive sales activity, relationship building, and needs-based insurance consultations
• Work agency-provided inbound and outbound leads daily
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations and coverage reviews
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to improve customer protection and value
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Follow agency processes and document activity accurately

Compensation & Benefits
• Highly competitive, performance-based compensation structure
• Base salary plus strong commission opportunities for top producers
• Uncapped commission and significant earning potential
• First-year producers typically earn $60,000–$80,000
• Top performers have historically earned six-figure incomes through a combination of base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives
• Performance bonuses and sales incentives

Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong phone sales, objection handling, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-focused sales environment
