Right now, we are looking for candidates in the Thurston County area to support a team of insurance professionals and help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes. You'll be the first face/voice our clients see!
Job Responsibilities
- Build agency reputation and growth through positive customer relations, marketing programs and lead acquisition
- Manage the administrative side of our clients & policies to help the agency run smoothly and profitable
- Manage schedules, call flow, and document processing
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Straight-forward communicator
- Maintain regular, reliable and punctual attendance
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs
- Willing to obtain insurance licenses and develop is a plus
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
