About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage options.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and services available.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Must have property and casualty or personal lines license.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
