What You’ll Do
- Provide professional, exceptional customer service to our policyholders
- Conduct annual policy reviews to identify coverage needs and savings opportunities
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within our existing client base
- Support and collaborate closely with our team
- Contribute to agency growth and client experience goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- 1–3 years of insurance service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending solutions
- Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Motivated and goal-oriented
