Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
- Provide accurate quotes and information to potential customers.
- Educate clients on insurance products and services.
- Maintain client records and documentation with attention to detail.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Wisconsin insurance license.
- Previous experience in customer service with Allstate preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
