Affinity Insurance Agency is in growth mode and an elite agency in Texas, and we’re looking to add a Licensed Sales Producer to our team.
This role can be remote or in-office, depending on your location, experience and fit.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year insurance sales experience
• Active P&C license (Life license a plus)
• Minimum 1 year insurance sales experience
• Active P&C license (Life license a plus)

✔️ Comfortable with live transfers, warm leads, and outbound follow-up
✔️ Strong phone presence and closing skills
✔️ Organized, coachable, and results-driven
