Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

Our agency is seeking a dedicated, professional Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys building relationships and providing top-tier support, we’d love to meet you!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders, ensuring they receive the high-quality service and care they expect from a local agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and billing inquiries.

  • Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the initial steps of the claims process with empathy and efficiency.

  • Relationship Building: Conduct proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential coverage gaps.

  • Administrative Excellence: Process payments, update client files, and manage daily office correspondence.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience for all new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • License: A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or the insurance industry.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management software quickly.
