We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service / Inside Sales professional to join out team in North Kingstown.  This hybrid position offers strong earning potential, bonus opportunities and ongoing professional development.  Our agency is dedicated to fostering a positive and welcoming work environment.

Position Overview:
This position involves telephone contact to assist and service policy holders with their insurance needs.  Ideal candidates will demonstrate professional telephone manner and exhibit strong teamwork skills.  This candidate will also identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of provided sources.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct professional telephone conversations to service customer accounts
  • Assist customers with various billing and policy change transactions over the phone
  • Run a variety of daily and weekly reports
  • Contacting potential customers from leads provided
  • Cross sell to existing customers

Qualifications:
  • Currently Holds Property & Casuality Licensed
  • Customer service/sales -oriented mindset - prior experience not required
  • Able to multi-task, follow through and follow up

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
