This is not an order-taking position — this is for a sales professional who loves the chase, controls the conversation, overcomes objections with confidence, and closes consistently.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Close inbound and outbound insurance sales opportunities (Auto, Home, Life, and more)

  • Take qualified leads from quoting to binding with confidence

  • Master objection handling and turn “maybe” into “yes”

  • Follow a structured sales process and exceed production goals

  • Maintain consistent follow-up until the deal is won

  • Cross-sell and round out households for maximum account value

  • Track daily metrics and compete to be #1 on the board
