We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while effectively managing inquiries and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive.

Duties

  • Greets all customers coming in to the agency in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Answer incoming calls expeditiously and courteously and direct them to the appropriate person promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Assist in insurance sales by explaining coverage options and benefits to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the sales administration system.
  • Collaborate with outside sales teams to ensure seamless communication between departments.
Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends to better serve customer needs.
  • A solid foundation in customer service principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
