The Vackner Allstate Agency is a growing, award-winning agency proudly serving clients in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We are looking for a driven and dependable Customer Service Representative / Sales Team Member to join our fast-paced, team-oriented office.
No insurance experience? No problem. We will train the right person and assist with licensing.

What You’ll Do
• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Provide professional and timely customer support
• Conduct policy reviews and cross-sell opportunities
• Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales goals
• Accurately document all interactions in our eAgent system
• Maintain compliance with carrier and agency guidelines
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing team
