Forbes Insurance Agencies is growing again! We’re looking for a motivated Licensed Sales Producer (Inside Sales) who can deliver excellent customer service while also working toward a rewarding career in sales.

This is a hybrid position — you’ll start by managing customer service and retention tasks while also meeting moderate sales goals. As you grow and meet defined sales benchmarks, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales role with higher earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional, friendly, timely service to existing clients via phone, email, and/or in-person
Process billing questions, coverage changes, and renewals
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business
Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and present insurance products
Maintain accurate client documentation and assist with reports
Support the agency’s overall growth and service goals
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty license (required)
2+ years of experience in an insurance agency (preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager for career growth
Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance systems
Spanish fluency a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
In-person at our Reston, VA office
