Allstate Insurance Customer Service Manager
Immediate Opening: At our Allstate Insurance Agency, we have created a culture that attracts passionate and caring people who naturally want to do their best for our customers in every way. Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • provide appropriate solutions for customers
  • Look for opportunities to cross-sell
  • increase customer retention 
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:

  • Must have P&C license
  • Allstate experience is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
