What You’ll Do
- Generate quotes using both provided leads and your own outreach
- Educate prospects and clients on coverage options to protect their assets
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources
- Deliver top-tier customer service and follow-through
- Network via community events, social media, and warm lead outreach
- Maintain attention to detail and compliance in every transaction
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Coachable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset
- Bilingual - Armenian speaker
- Sales experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
- A positive mindset and passion for helping others

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
