Leads, training, and more ways to write business
Company-provided leads give you opportunities to put your sales skills to work. Alongside Allstate products, our agency’s brokered carrier appointments provide additional placement options for eligible business outside Allstate’s appetite.
That means more opportunities to help the prospects you’ve developed find appropriate coverage—and earn commission when you place their business.
You’ll also receive:
- Paid onboarding and ongoing sales development, including Allstate University coursework.
- Regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Health insurance.
- A signing bonus for licensed hires that meet targets.
- Connect with prospects, understand their needs, and quote auto, home, and umbrella coverage.
- Follow up on opportunities, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business.
- Recommend appropriate bundles and identify additional household insurance needs.
- Develop lasting customer relationships through clear advice and consistent follow-through.
- Place eligible business through our brokered carrier appointments.
- An active California insurance license with both Property and Casualty authority.
- Demonstrated sales results and confidence discussing your production.
- Strong communication, ownership of your follow-up, and willingness to apply coaching.
