Position: Insurance Sales Producer
Location: Wantagh, NY (Hybrid or 100% Remote Possible)

Compensation: Competitive base + commission + bonuses

In addition to these exclusive Realtor referrals, you’ll also work warm direct mail leads and cross-sell opportunities from our established book of business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Call and follow up with warm leads provided to you

  • Build relationships and close sales through consultative conversations

  • Cross-sell existing customers within our Allstate book of business

  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM

  • Be a positive, polished contributor to our strong office culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of one year of professional sales experience — no exceptions

  • Insurance license is a major plus (but we will train the right sales professional)

  • Remote work is available only to candidates who are already licensed and insurance experienced

  • Outstanding phone presence and communication skills

  • Self-starter with an insane work ethic and desire to win

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Team player with positive energy
