The Youngman Agency is hiring a licensed, high-performance Property & Casualty Producer who loves to close, thrives under pressure, and is hungry to earn real money.

What You’ll Do
- Work warm & hot leads daily
- Quote through rapport & strong follow up
- Make outbound calls with urgency
- Follow proven talk paths
- Build a pipeline through follow-up & referrals
- Hit aggressive monthly sales goals
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.50-$20 per hour plus 10% commission
- Realistic earnings: $70,000–$85,000+ or this is not a position for you.

Requirements
- Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License (Required)
- Strong closing skills
- Competitive, coachable, money-motivated personality

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
