📍 Location: Sevilla Ave, Coral Gables, FL
🕒 Hours: Mon–Thurs 9 AM–6 PM (1-hour break) | Fri 9 AM–5:30 PM (½-hour break)

 📌 Responsibilities:

     *** Sales Agents:
  • Must meet minimum monthly production goals and bonus requirements
  • Responsible for servicing and retaining new business up until its first renewal or expiration date
     *** Customer Service Representatives:
  • Handle incoming calls for Allstate policy service, coverage reviews, retention, billing, payments, and any other policy-related endorsements or inquiries
  • Provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction through timely and accurate service

💼 Position Requirements:

  • Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines license required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance (sales or customer service)

  • Allstate experience is a strong plus

  • Bilingual—preferably English and Spanish—is highly beneficial

  • Strong computer, typing, Microsoft Office, and phone skills

  • Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others
