About the Role:
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team at the D. O'Sullivan Insurance Agency. As a customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients with their insurance needs and provide exceptional service. Spanish Speaking a Plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with policy inquiries and changes
- Process insurance policy applications and renewals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Support the agency in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to obtain or possess an insurance license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
