Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service. Over time, you will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, account updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Stay organized by managing multiple customer requests simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services that would benefit the customer.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cross-selling or upselling products/services is a plus.
  • Detail oriented
