As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging customers and new prospects by building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to provide trusted advice, increasing the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance.
What you'll do:
- Connect with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions to identify sales opportunities
- Provide top-notch service when handling inquiries, policy changes and coverage reviews
- Proactively identify customers' needs and follow our proven process to offer the appropriate solutions
- Bring energy and innovation to the team, fostering a positive atmosphere
- Achieve sales goals while having fun and providing a positive customer experience
At a minimum, you have:
- Great work ethic and strong interest in a sales career (no insurance experience required)
- Exceptional communication skills in reading, writing and listening
- Confidence and charisma, leaving a lasting impression
- Quick thinking and sharp problem-solving skills
- Strong task management skills for meeting targets
- Resilience and customer-centric objection handling
- Willing to acquire required insurance licenses upon hire (existing license a plus!)
Even better if you have:
- At least 1 year in a commission-based sales role
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
