As an Customer Service Representative at Sumner Insurance Group, located in the heart of Hendersonville, TN, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. You will utilize your insurance knowledge and skills to increase our customers’ understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships through trusted advice and exceptional service. 

Our locally owned agency takes pride on providing exceptional service and comprehensive insurance solutions to our community. We are committed to helping our clients protect what matters most to them, and we are looking for a dedicated  Representative to join our team and help us grow.

Client Interaction: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and claim inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, policies, and transactions to ensure smooth operations.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed their expectations.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services offered, providing accurate information to clients.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist clients and enhance their overall experience.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
