This is an in-office position, but we are open to HYBRID
Salary: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Able to prioritize and organize your days with tasks, such as making renewal calls to retain current clients.
- Build relationships with our clients easily as you answer phones, update client information or policies, and educate and advise clients.
- Maintain a positive attitude when making calls to retain clients, conducting policy reviews, cross-selling, and account rounding.
- Must be coachable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
Requirements
- No college degree required
- Must have a current Property and Casualty License
- 2-3 Years of Insurance customer service experience
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Written/Verbal communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
