As an Insurance Sales Professional, you'll play a vital role in growing a local Allstate agency by connecting with new prospects and building lasting community relationships. You’ll use your insurance know-how and sales skills to help customers understand the value of insurance while offering trusted advice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify leads from various sources.
  • Protect customers by offering the right Allstate products.
  • Serve your community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties.
  • Educate potential customers on safeguarding their families and assets.
  • Provide a stellar customer experience.
What You Bring:

  • A strong interest in sales (previous sales experience is a plus!).
  • No insurance experience? No problem—we’ll help you get licensed!
  • A confident, motivated spirit who thrives independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
