Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. 
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
  • Maintain phone time or sales quotas daily as determined by management.
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
  • Provide a positive customer experience.
Job Qualifications
  • Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
  • Strong interest in a Sales Career – sales experience required
  • Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and as a team
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
