ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Come join us! We value teamwork, work-balance, we have fun and enjoy food! As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep, you will be the main link between our customers and agency sales staff. You will get to build relationships with our customers and provide outstanding customer support, while assisting the existing team. Your attention to detail, experience in customer support, and desire to help grow the agency make you an ideal fit.
We welcome customer-focused and empathetic team member and anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products by helping processes change to existing accounts and policies.
- Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites)
- Willing to become P & C licensed, agency sponsored
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
